Well, I decided that I would try to add some of my essential oils to some chocolate I had! I melted some chocolate in the microwave and then added essential oils to it. I put the melted chocolate into some cute candy molds and then popped them out. Yum!
I got these cute shell candy molds from JoAnns!
Here’s the recipe:
1 cup of broken chocolate or chips (if you can find it, use Valrhona dark chocolate for exceptional results! (Psssst – it’s at Trader Joe’s)
8 drops of Metabolic Blend
7 drops of Wild Orange Essential Oil
Take a glass bowl and melt chocolate for 20-30 seconds at a time, stirring after each time until it’s melted.
Put drops of essential oil into chocolate and stir well.
Spoon into candy molds and put in frig until they pop out easily (about 30 minutes).
