Spinach Salad In A Jar
Here’s a great way to have a healthy lunch and have it ready ahead of time!

  1. Add the dressing and almonds to the bottom of a quart mason jar. Then pile the spinach leaves in.
  2. Add fruit and onion to jar the day you plan on eating to keep spinach fresh.
Recipe Notes

Optional: add 1 cooked chicken breast. Add 1-2 drops of Lemon essential oil to salads instead of dressing or in addition for added flavor and to cleanse the body and aid in digestion.*
