It’s time to start nestling in and finding ways to get cozy. I especially love to cuddle up with a warm blanket, a good book and a cup of hot chocolate on an autumn rainy night.
The cold weather usually means more time indoors. Entertain your kids this season by turning play time into learning time by making aromatherapy play dough! This activity is a great way for children to learn about aromatherapy and essential oils. Use a variety of oils and colors to help kids learn new scents. Some fun essential oils could include: Wild Orange, Peppermint, Lemon, Rosemary, or Lavender to help turn play time into nap time.
I thought I would share some of my ideas for those of you who are looking to make homemade gifts this Christmas! These are also wonderful recipes for any time you need a gift for that hard to buy for person. Everyone appreciates something homemade! Not all of these use essential oils but some of them do.
